They're all prescription pills and childhood photographs that belonged to the singer (the guy in the photo). He was in a really bad car accident a while ago and was in a coma for a good time. "Trauma Romeo" is his new musical project about about being somewhat reborn in a sense, changing his life habits that led to getting into an accident and coma.
